airflow or pressure for the HEPA filters. FFU is used in directional
cleanroom design to provide laminar air flow. Suitable for
maintenance free cleanroom terminal installations to provide
a longer lifespan on the HEPA filters. They are also used
as a solution for fast setup laminar work stations to provide
extra clean environment. Suitable for Class 100, 10K and 100K
cleanroom design. ULPA option installations for Class 10.
